This morning was the first time since the lockdown started back in March, that new drivers have been able to book new driving lessons and when over 150,000 users attempted to log on this morning the DVSA website crashed due to high levels of demand. Driving tests had been cancelled for the last four months due to the lockdown.
Our customer service centre is still receiving an extremely high number of calls and emails.
We're sorry for the delays in getting through. You will not be able to book a driving test if you call, email or message us on social media.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
